Students expecting to complete the Academic Requirements for their program should Apply to Graduate. The link to Apply to Graduate is available in myStudent Centre.

The deadline to Apply to Graduate for the Winter 2024 term is April 19, 2024. Students who have missed the Apply to Graduate deadline should reach out to your Records and Enrolment Adviser. Students not awarded in our system will not be eligible to participate in Convocation.

Once you have applied to graduate, the Office of the Registrar will evaluate your graduation eligibility. An audit is completed once final grades and standings are official, with the academic decision confirming your eligibility to graduate from program studies.

In May, you will receive an email invitation to attend our June 2024 convocation.

How to Apply to Graduate

  1. Log in to myStudent Centre and click on My Academics.

  2. Beside the Graduation heading near the bottom of the page, click on the Apply for graduation link.

  3. Review and confirm your information is correct, then click on Apply for Graduation.

  4. Select your graduation term (your final term at Sheridan) from the drop down menu and click the Continue button.

  5. Once you have verified all of your information, click Submit Application.

  6. A message will appear indicating that your application has been successfully submitted.
