How do I receive my credential? What is in the Convocation Box?

Sheridan’s convocation boxes will start to ship by our fulfillment vendor over the coming weeks. The box will include your credential (or congratulatory letter if your credential was already received), any academic achievements (silver medals, honour cords, etc.) and commemorative items including your Faculty stole.

Please note that due to issues related to shipping timeframes and potential delays due to the pandemic, we have ensured that none of the items in the box are necessary for you to upload your photo and message, or required for the day of the ceremony.

These boxes will be shipped via UPS, and you will automatically receive a tracking number via your personal email account when the label is created. Please note that delivery of convocation boxes is by courier only and pickup at our campus is not available at this time.

Copies of your digital parchments will also be sent to your Sheridan email address on November 10, 2021, and you can upload these verified parchments to your LinkedIn profile and share them with your family and friends.
