Is it related to FINANCIAL AID?
This includes OSAP and out-of-province loan applications, scholarships, awards and bursaries.
During start of term, the Financial Aid & Awards team may experience large volumes of inquiries through QLess. Please note, the queue will close if the volume of students gets too high. If the queue is closed, please try again later in the day, or the next day at opening hours.
Students are strongly encouraged to check their OSAP application status online at Ontario.ca/osap or check out the OSAP FAQ help sheet online.
- If you would like to receive service from a Financial Aid Awards representative, open the QLess app on your mobile phone and search for Sheridan Financial Aid & Awards OR visit the online QLess Financial Aid Kiosk.
- From the list available, please join your preferred queue. Service is available virtually or in-person at each campus.
- When you have reached the front of the line, the Financial Aid & Awards Office will send you a notification on your device using the number you provided.

This includes schedules, course selection, grades, graduation, credit transfers, re-admission or academic standing.

- From the list available, please join your preferred queue. Service is available virtually or in-person at each campus.
- When you have reached the front of the line, the Registration office will send you a notification on your device using the number you provided.
Some Tips for Using the QLess App
Text the following letters to QLess to receive status info, leave/delay your appointment, and more:
S | Status check |
H | Request help |
C | Cancel your appointment |
J | Re-join the line if you accidentally leave the virtual queue |
You'll receive a prompt from QLess just before your appointment or turn in the queue. As always, when contacting us, please have your Sheridan Student ID number available to allow us to serve you better.
During peak times our queue may reach capacity, if you receive this message please try again at another time. Queues are open from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Thank you for your patience.
