Records & Course Registration

Inquire with our Post Secondary Contact Centre using the contact information above. If necessary, a virtual appointment with a Records Associate will be arranged to discuss course selection, schedules, grades, graduation, credit transfers, re-admission or academic standing.

The Records & Course Registration virtual appointments are available Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.


Financial Aid and Awards

The Financial Aid and Awards virtual queue is available Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm.

**The Financial Aid & Awards virtual queue will close at 1:30pm on Oct 11, 2024.

What is a virtual queue at Sheridan?

Virtual queues replace physical line-ups with virtual ones, providing you with SMS alerts on your phone as your turn approaches.

Sheridan uses the QLess platform to virtually queue students for their virtual and in-person appointments.

Access QLess using the URL provided or the QR codes posted at the Service HUBs on campus.

Service is available both virtually and in-person at each campus.

When contacting us, please have your Sheridan Student ID number available to allow us to serve you better.

During the start of term, our teams experience large volumes of inquiries – the queues will close if the volume of students gets too high. Please try again at another time. Thank you for your patience.

Here are the Steps to Connect with the Service Hub:

  1. Once you arrive at the Service HUB, scan the QR code posted at your Service Hub location and follow the link.
  2. Complete the digital form on your device to be placed in a virtual queue.
  3. Once it is your turn to meet with a staff member, you will receive a text message to the mobile number you provided, requesting that you proceed to the Service HUB for your appointment.
  4. Please be prepared to present your Sheridan oneCard or government-issued photo ID for service.
