Do you have specific questions about your OSAP, out-of-province loan, scholarship, award or bursary application?

Join the virtual Financial Aid and Awards queue using the QLess link or by scanning the QR code posted at any of the campus Service Hubs. You’ll receive SMS alerts when it's your turn, eliminating the need for physical line-ups.

*Note: During start of term, our teams experience large volumes of inquiries and virtual queues may close temporarily when they’ve reached capacity. If you’re unable to join the queue, please check back later.

Here are the Steps to Connect with the Service Hub:

  1. Once you arrive at the Service HUB, scan the QR code posted at your Service Hub location and follow the link.
  2. Complete the digital form on your device to be placed in a virtual queue.
  3. Once it is your turn to meet with a staff member, you will receive a text message to the mobile number you provided, requesting that you proceed to the Service HUB for your appointment.
  4. Please be prepared to present your Sheridan oneCard or government-issued photo ID for service.
