To register for the Spring / Summer 2024 Term, we require you to either:

  1. Pay Your Fee Deposit
  2. State Your Intent to Register

A. New Student or Returning Student NOT registered in the Fall 2023 or Winter 2024 term: Pay Your Fee Deposit

Pay Your Deposit before the deadline noted on your Fee Estimate if one of the following applies to you:

  • Starting a new program at Sheridan
  • Returning to an existing program at Sheridan, but did not attend Sheridan in the Fall 2023 or Winter 2024 term.

Full-Time New International Students Refer to your fee estimate in your Letter of Acceptance Four weeks after the Letter of Acceptance
  1. View your fee estimate in your Letter of Acceptance and refer to the last page for information on how to pay.
  2. Pay your tuition and fees.
  3. Make sure all admission requirements are met and you have received a firm Letter of Acceptance.
  4. Upload your study permit approval letter through our Immigration File Submission.
Part-time returning students NOT registered in Fall 2023 or Winter 2024 Non-refundable $170 February 15, 2024
  1. View your fee estimate in myStudent Centre or in your Letter of Acceptance and refer to the last page for information on how to pay.
  2. Visit the myFinances page for information on how to pay.
  3. Enrolment Appointment* will be assigned once your deposit is received.
  4. Access Enrolment Appointment* on myStudent Centre under the Academics section.
  5. Enrolment Appointment will remain open until Day 5 of the Term.

*Enrolment Appointment: The date you are eligible to enrol in classes.

Please note: If you miss the deadline, you will still be able to state your Intent to Register or Pay Your Tuition Deposit up until Day 5 of classes.

For your information:

  • A late payment may delay your Enrolment Appointment.
  • Your account summary will reflect your enrolment fees.
  • Courses are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Not all courses are scheduled in every term.

B. Returning Students - Fall 2023 & Winter 2024: State Your Intent to Register

State your Intent to Register by March 15, 2024 on myStudent Centre if you were registered in the Fall 2023 term or are currently registered at Sheridan in the Winter 2024 term. If you miss this deadline, you may still state your Intent to Register until the start of term. However, your enrollment appointment will be delayed.

If you are not scheduled to attend Sheridan during the Spring / Summer 2024 term, you do NOT need to state your Intent to Register.

If you do not see the Intent to Register option in myStudent Centre, and wish to enroll in the Spring / Summer 2024 term, please fill out this form.

How to State Your Intent to Register

  1. Log in to myStudent Centre.
  2. Under the Academics section click the Intent to Register link.
  3. Select "I will attend" or "I will not attend". Once you have made your selection, click "Confirm".

What if I am unable to state my Intent to Register on myStudent Centre?

Please complete this form if you have tried to complete your Intent to Register but it was unavailable. Please only complete if you were registered Fall 2023 or Winter 2024. If you were not registered Fall 2023 or Winter 2024, and you would like to return for Spring, please pay your deposit.

What if I change my mind?

If you decide to withdraw from your program or term:

For New Domestic Students:

  • Formally withdraw by 11:59pm (Eastern Daylight Time) on May 17, 2024 to receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit and applicable fees). To withdraw, select the “I will not attend” on myStudent Centre.
  • If you do not withdraw by 11:59pm (Eastern Daylight Time) on May 17, 2024, you will be required to pay the full tuition and fees for the term. Your deposit is non-refundable.
  • Newly admitted students may consider deferring your attendance and transferring fees to a subsequent term.
  • Contact admissions@sheridancollege.ca to inquire about this option.

For New International Students:

  • All withdrawal requests for the Spring/ Summer 2024 term must be submitted by completing the International New Student Deferral/Refund Form by 11:59pm (Eastern Daylight Time) on May 17, 2024, for a refund or deferral.

For Returning Students:

  • Complete the Withdrawal Form in myStudent Centre.
  • The last day to formally withdraw is 11:59pm (Eastern Daylight Time) on May 17, 2024 to receive a partial refund. If you do not formally withdraw by this date, you will be required to pay the full tuition and fees for the term. Your fee deposit is non-refundable.

Special notice to International Students: In the case of refunds, withdrawals, deferrals, refused Study Permits, and other extenuating situations which will prohibit you from attending, please refer to the Withdrawals and Refunds page for more detailed information.
