  2. Pay your $250 fee deposit by the date stated on your fee estimate to secure your enrolment appointment
  • Non-OSAP students must pay all outstanding fees for the Spring / Summer 2021 term by Day 11 (May 31). For OSAP students, the deadline is June 30.

What if I change my mind?

If you decide not to attend Sheridan in Spring / Summer 2021 after paying your fee deposit, you must formally withdraw by May 28, 2021 to receive a full refund. Depending on your program, you may consider deferring your attendance and transferring your fees to the Fall term.

 

* Please note: if you were enrolled in Fall 2020 (but NOT Winter 2021) and do NOT see the intent to register option in myStudent Centre, please connect with your Record Specialist if you wish to enrol in the Spring/Summer 2021 term.

 

I’m a domestic student, returning (I attended in the Winter)

  • Please declare your intent to register in myStudent Centre by March 26, 2021 to secure an enrolment appointment.

      • Non-OSAP students must pay all outstanding fees for the Spring / Summer 2021 term by Day 11 (May 31). For OSAP students, the deadline is June 30.

What happens if I miss the March 26 deadline?

We encourage you to declare your intent to register by March 26 (since it gives you a better chance of securing your preferred schedule).

 

However, if you miss the deadline, you can still declare your Intent to Register up until day 5 of classes (May 21). You will still be able to enrol in classes as well.

 

What if I change my mind?
If you decide not to attend Sheridan in Spring / Summer 2021 after declaring your Intent to Register, you must formally withdraw by May 28, 2021. Depending on your program, you may consider deferring your attendance and transferring your fees to the Fall term.

 

* If you're not scheduled to attend Sheridan during the Spring / Summer 2021 term (for example, it's your vacation term), you DON'T need to declare your intent to register in myStudent Centre.

  • If you are supposed to attend Sheridan but have decided to take a semester off, please select the "I will not attend" option in myStudent Centre and formally withdraw from the Spring / Summer 2021 term.

I’m an international student, starting a new program at Sheridan

What if I change my mind?
The International Centre must be notified in writing of all withdrawals prior to the 10th day (May 28) of class. All fees are subject to a non-refundable registration charge. This charge varies by program. Withdrawal deadline dates can be found on the Academic Calendar. If a student withdraws after the withdrawal deadline, no refund will be issued and all outstanding fees must be paid.

 

International students who are refused their study permit will receive a full refund of fees paid provided they show proof of the refusal (copy of immigration document) within the first 10 days of classes. The Health Insurance fee is non-refundable after the first day of class. All other refundable fees, except the late charge, will be refunded. Refunds will be paid by cheque to registered students only. Please allow six weeks for processing a refund.

 

Students who pay for two terms in advance will receive a full refund of second semester fees providing the withdrawal is received prior to the fee payment deadline date of the subsequent term.

How to declare your Intent to Register

 

To declare your intent to register:

  1. Log in to myStudent Centre
  2. Under the Academics section click the Intent to Register link
  3. Select "I will attend" or "I will not attend". Once you have made your selection, click "Confirm".
  4. You can revise your choice until day 5 of classes.
